Swiggy on Zo
One connection. Ask in the chat, tap to confirm — Zo does the rest.
Groceries
Ask for what you want. Zo checks what your local store actually has, shows you the options with prices, and fills the cart once you pick.
- “a litre of milk and some bread”
- “2 avocados to my home address”
- “the usual”
Nothing is bought until you tap to pay. Zo remembers the sizes you pick, so next time it knows what “milk” means.
Later, or every week
The same order, at a time you choose. Zo picks whatever Swiggy has on the day, in your usual sizes.
- “order 2 avocados tomorrow at 10am, cash on delivery”
- “every Monday at 9am, milk and eggs”
You confirm once, with a tap. Stop it any time from this page.
Tables
Say where and when. Zo finds what is free around then and books it when you tap.
- “a table for two on Saturday at 8”
- “somewhere for dinner in Indiranagar tonight”
Free tables only — a paid deal has to be booked in the Swiggy app.
Paying
Zo shows the bill and the ways to pay as buttons. Whichever you use, it remembers, and leads with it next time.
- Pay in WhatsApp — opens WhatsApp’s own payment screen, without leaving the chat
- Any UPI app — Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM and whatever else Swiggy offers you
- Swiggy Money or cash on delivery — these need no approval, so an order placed for later can complete on its own
Zo never asks for a card number, a UPI ID or an OTP. Payment happens on Swiggy’s side or in your own app.
What Zo can’t do
- Cancel or change a Swiggy order once it is placed — that goes through Swiggy
- Book a paid table deal
- Order food delivery, yet
